In the late afternoon, treat yourself to a Michelin-starred meal at Hill Street restaurant. They have held a star since 2016 but the uncle still makes the dishes hawker style, in the open for a reasonable amount. (Under $10)

This old fishing village / army base is a fascinating look into real life in Singapore. 2 hours from the main tourist centres but bustling with local Singaporians. A unique experience that is highly recommended.
