I spotted the owner from The Chinese Garden in Grand Baie doing some shopping in Super U so figured he must have his Work Access Permits for the restaurant.
We have both been craving some Chinese, especially spring rolls as we tried and failed making the wrappers from scratch. It was Riki’s shopping day, so she went to go get some!
