Mix everything together and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 30 days. It is better the next day once the bran has soaked up some liquid.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes or pop in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
Serve with butter and jam or how you like.
